Diritto di recesso - Garanzia

  1. Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (ie a natural person who buys the goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase indicating a reference to a VAT number in the order form), he is entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason within 30 days of receiving the goods, without any penalty and without prejudice to what is indicated in the following point 3.
  2. To exercise this right, the customer must insert a request for withdrawal in which it will be necessary to also indicate the bank details necessary to return the amounts paid; the system will send the customer via e-mail a paper form which must be printed and sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods to: Altravia Servizi srl based in Piazza San Giovanni Decollato 6 - 05100 Terni. Once the registered letter has been received, the form for exercising the right of withdrawal provided with the authorization number will be sent via e-mail to the customer, which must be attached to the outside of the casing where the product will be physically placed and sent to Altravia Servizi srl.
  3. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
    • The right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (ex .: accessories, software attachments, etc ...);
    • the right does not apply to digital signature renewals (Infocert Spa supplier). The signature renewal is uniquely associated in our systems with the customer's e-mail address and data (in order to guarantee the traceability of the product and of the user and not being able to identify the user of the renewal code in any other way). In accordance with the art. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, the only digital signature renewal product (subscription certificate, authentication certificate or National Services Card) cannot be canceled because it cannot be sold to another customer
    • the right does not apply to new digital signatures when they have already been assigned to the customer (so the day after the customer sends the signed document as per the law, before that time it is always possible to request the withdrawal) as the digital signature, as a rule, being a handwritten signature cannot be sold or resold to third parties;
    • the right does not apply pursuant to art. 48 of the Consumer Code, once Altravia Servizi srl has already performed the services you requested ;
    • shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
    • the shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
    • in the event of damage to the goods during transport, the customer will be informed of the incident (within 5 working days from receipt of the goods in his warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the courier chosen by him and obtain a refund of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
    • Altravia Servizi Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
  4. Without prejudice to any repair costs for damage to the original packaging, the customer will be reimbursed the amount already paid for the purchase of the goods, within 14 days of his return, by transferring the amount charged to the Card. Credit or Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain reimbursement (IBAN Code and Bank of the invoice holder).
  5. The right of withdrawal is lost for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its content), in the cases in which it is ascertained:
    • Lack of external packaging and / or original internal packaging;
    • The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
    • Damage to the product due to causes other than transportation.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the site available to the Customer for collection at your expense.

Guarantees

  1. All products sold are covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty and 24-month warranty for lack of conformity, pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05. To use the warranty, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) he will receive via e-mail in PDF electronic format. The exercise of the Guarantee may include the request for assistance to the assistance centers.
  2. The customer must return the goods with all accessories to the address:
    • Altravia Servizi srl
    • Piazza San Giovanni Decollato 6 - 05100 Terni
  3. The purchased good must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc ...);
  4. The shipping costs for returning the goods are charged to the customer;
  5. We recommend shipping with a return notification to avoid loss.
  6. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
  7. n the event of damage to the goods during transport, the customer will be informed of the incident within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to allow him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and to obtain reimbursement of the value of the good (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
  8. Altravia Servizi Srl is not responsible in any way for damage or theft / loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
  9. The shipment, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse is under the complete responsibility of the customer;
  10. After the withdrawal a check will be carried out, if the product is working the customer will be charged for the costs of verification and eventual shipping costs.
  11. If the product is tampered with, without seals or used incorrectly or damaged, the customer will be notified of any repair costs if possible and the costs of delivery.
  12. The manufacturer's standard warranty is provided in the manner described in the documentation included in the product packaging. If, as a result of an intervention by an Assistance Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and recovery costs required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs, if incurred by the society.
  13. The 24-month warranty pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05 applies to products that present a lack of conformity, provided that the product itself is used correctly, respecting its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved for the private consumer (a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or makes a purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In the event of a lack of conformity, the product will be restored without repair costs by repairing / replacing or reducing the price until the contract is terminated. If, as a result of intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result in a lack of conformity pursuant to Legislative Decree 206/05, the Customer will be charged for any costs of verification and recovery required by the Authorized Assistance, as well as the transport costs.
  14. Replacements in case of DOA (Dead On Arrival: product not working on delivery) take place only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. The timing of replacement or repair of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer.
  15. In the event that, for any reason, he is unable to give his customer a product under warranty (restored or replaced), he may proceed at his own discretion to refund the amount paid taking into account the use of the asset or to his replacement with a product of equal or superior characteristics.
  16. The timing of repair or possible replacement of the product depends exclusively on the policies of the manufacturer and no damage can be requested to Altravia servizi srl for any delays in repairs or replacements.
  17. In cases where the application of the guarantees provides for the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc. ); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend inserting it in a second box; in all cases, the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original product packaging should be avoided
